the sad alligator

greasy eggs, greasy bacon
wind and rain
the house is shaking

the snail crawls
in the shadow of the 18-wheeler

the whale dives deeper

onion soup for lunch
not again, not again

rain batters the tent

he tried very hard
he made the most sincere effort -

"glad to replace it"

to forgive is not so hard, is it?

dewdrops

desperate
in the afternoon

the frog watches
the dancing sunbeams

the red beetles

brushing vanilla cookie crumbs
from his blue suspenders

flowers watch slowly

“maybe i just didn’t get it”

catch you guys later

i thought life was real

sad alligator
white flamingo
pink moon

there is no place like home

a shadow in a green sky

running for her life
but i am dead
